Day 1: CAPE TOWN

On arrival in Cape Town, you are met by a guide. Table Mountain (weather permitting - Excluded Tickets) for an immediate panoramic view of the beautiful city. Dinner and overnight in the four start hotel.

Cape Town

Beautiful, charming Cape Town lies between the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain, close to a bay that has an enviable, mild and temperate climate for nearly eight months a year. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is the harbour built around 1860, dedicated to Queen Victoria and her husband Albert. Its historic quays, docks, hangars and warehouses have been restored and host pubs, shops, hotels, art galleries, cinemas, theatre and numerous restaurants. The symbol of the city, 1087 meters high, with the top completely flat, but the summit is shrouded by clouds or the bottom of the mountain, forming what locals call the "tablecloth" (a surreal tablecloth indeed!). The phenomenon originated in the sea wind and humidity that collide and result in this dense condensation. When this phenomenon is in effect, it also signals the Table Mountain Cable Car closes.

Day 2 - CAPE TOWN

Breakfast at the hotel.

Boat ride about 45 minutes, boat ride to Seal Island, boat ride about 45 minutes. Simonstown penguin colony, populated by the arrival of a small nucleus of penguins on the beach a few years ago. It has blossomed into a strong and well-protected colony.

Lunch in a fish restaurant.

After lunch, you will visit the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve, where the well preserved local flora gives a stunning show of colours, especially in spring months (October / November). Here you will likely see some Capuchin baboons and antelopes. You will have the opportunity to ascend to Cape Point, where you will enjoy an unbelievable view of False Bay. Finally, you return to Cape Town in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 3 - CAPE TOWN

Breakfast at the hotel.

A full-day guided excursion to the Cape Winelands, including the historic towns of Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, to see where the European cultures have penetrated. You may visit a diamond workshop for an informative film and talk on the evolution and workmanship of diamonds.

Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 4 - CAPE TOWN

Breakfast in the hotel.

A full-day guided excursion to Hermanus. This enchanting town is famous for its pass through its whales. At the right time, you can see large pods with whales of every age. The whale season starts in mid-June and continues until mid-November. The bay is truly beautiful with breathtaking scenery.

Day 5 - CAPE TOWN - VICTORIA FALLS

After an early wake-up, Victoria Falls, either directly or via Johannesburg (flights subject to availability). On arrival, the hotel/lodge with accommodation in private rooms. In the afternoon on a majestic river.

Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 - VICTORIA FALLS

Half board at the hotel. A morning visit to the mythical falls Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 - VICTORIA FALLS / CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast you are transferred to Chobe, crossing into Botswana.

Chobe National Park is located in the northwest of Botswana, near the town of Kasane. It was founded in 1967 and has an area of ?? 10.689 Km2. The park can be divided into four primary areas, each with a different habitat type: Serondela area (Serondela area), Savuti pond area (Savuti Marsh area), Linyanti pond and so-called "hinterland" between Linyanti and Savuti. Chobe Park is renowned for being the largest elephant in Africa (around 120,000 elephants live in this park!).

Day 8 - CHOBE NATIONAL PARK / SAVUTI

Enjoy a final morning safari for some last-minute photography, before breakfast and a transfer to Savuti.

Savuti is an alluvial plain that plays an important role in accommodating the Zambezi when it floods. It boasts a large population of lions, elephants, zebra and antelope, locked in a perpetual struggle for resources, migrating through the dry season. Full board and safari activities.

Day 9 - SAVUTI

Full board. Morning and afternoon activities/safari in landrover.

Day 10 - CHOBE / OKAVANGO DELTA

After breakfast, you have to transfer to the airport in the Okavango Delta area.

The Okavango Delta is the second-largest interior delta in the world (after the Niger). It is formed by the Okavango River, which originates in Angola, and is fed by numerous tributaries. The river brings about 11 cubic kilolitres of water every year, creating the alluvial plain of 15,000 square kilometres. This is characterized by complex and dynamic channels, lagoons and islands. This extraordinary environment gives life to the desert, allowing for lush flora and fauna to thrive, and inviting many human settlers. The Delta is called home by five different African ethnicities.

Day 11: OKAVANGO / MOREMI GAME RESERVE

After breakfast, you are transferred via air taxi to the beautiful Moremi Game Reserve. Accommodation is in a lovely campsite. Full board and activities/safaris.

National Park and the Moremi Game Reserve is the first natural reserve in Botswana This is an ecological paradise and an area of strong conservation activity. The African wildlife is intact.

Day 12: MOREMI GAME RESERVE

This is a day to day experience with full board.

As always, to be spent in a privileged position.

Day 13: MOREMI / MAUN / JOHANNESBURG - FLY OUT

After breakfast you are transferred by air taxi to Maun, continuing to Johannesburg. Arrival and continuation of scheduled flights home intermediate route.

Meals and overnight on board.
