Reservations

All services sold by us are subject to these conditions unless otherwise agreed. "More and More Africa (Pty Ltd)" agree that the terms and conditions for the services provided by us to you shall be governed by the Booking Conditions detailed below and that the said Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between More and More Africa Company and the agencies or clients.

All prices quoted to you are on a net basis and in South African Rands (ZAR) for services provided in South Africa and in Namibia, in USD for services provided in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Indian Ocean. All rates are valid according to the date specified on our printed tariffs, quotations, and invoices issued to you. We warrant that the prices quoted to you are correct at the time of issuance of invoice, but take note that all rates are subject to change according to market, tax or currency fluctuations without prior notice.

Reservation & Confirmation

All bookings must be requested via email by completing the booking form that you can find on site. The confirmation will depend on the availability of services and will be provided as soon as possible. A reservation is not deemed to have been made until it is confirmed by a member of our staff.

Payment for FIT Bookings

When a reservation is confirmed by us, a 30% deposit is due to ensure the booking and proof of payment must be sent to More and More Africa Pty Ltd, with international swift number. Your payment must be executed by swift transfer to the More and More Africa Pty Ltd bank account, detailed on the invoice. A receipt of paid deposit will be sent when More and More Africa Pty Ltd has received the payment. The balance amount is due 60 days prior arrival. In peak season, an additional deposit may be required and the amount will be established when the booking is confirmed. For all bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is immediately due. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to More and More Africa Pty Ltd must be paid by agency/client. A service charge may be applied to any credit card payments. All payments must be made as per the invoice and according to terms below or the booking will be considered void and your reservations will be released.

Fit Payment & Cancellation Policy

Except as otherwise agreed by More and More Africa Pty Ltd, client's payment shall be executed by swift transfer to More and More Africa Pty Ltd bank account, sending the proof of payment. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to More and More Africa Pty Ltd must be paid by the client.

Payment may be executed by credit card directly by the owner of the card. This payment be subject to bank check before being accepted. The final booking re-confirmation will be provided when payment has reflected in the company bank account. Each eventual service fee must be paid by client.

All payments must be made as per the invoice and according to terms below or the booking will be considered void and all reservations will be released.

Any cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellations made 45 days prior to the arrival of clients will not be subject to cancellation fees, except those according to the specific policies of individual hotels, airlines and other contractors of More and More Africa Pty Ltd.

Cancellations within 34 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

  • Between 34 days and 25 days before arrival: 25% of total tour cost
  • Between 24 days and 15 days before arrival: 40% of total tour cost
  • Between 14 days and 8 days before arrival: 80 % of total tour cost
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival: 90% of total tour cost
  • Between 48 hours and No-show at the airport on the day of arrival: No refund.

Special note

The above policy may vary according to season, availability of reservations and specific cancellation policies of individual hotels, airlines and other contractors of More and More Africa Pty Ltd.

Client Documents

The availability of bookings will be confirmed by email. The receipt of payment will be sent after proof of full payment has been received and has reflected in the company account. On arrival clients will receive a welcome note issued by us and all necessary documents (vouchers, tickets, entrance fees, etc.). The confirmation email will constitute a written agreement and confirmation of all bookings.

Credit card payments: a copy of the passport of the card holder will be required, and this must match the name on the credit card, as well as the booking details.

Swift transfer bank payment: proof of payment with CRO number is required.

More and More Africa Pty Ltd policy requires the booking request and passport to be matched.

Only for agencies: if you need us to issue documents on your behalf, please inform us in writing not less than 30 days prior to your client’s arrival. Service charges may apply.

Claims

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration in legal residence of More and More Africa Pty Ltd Cape Town (Republic of South Africa). All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.

Liability

Mostly, we are an intermediary between clients and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing services to us, so we shall in no event be liable by reason for a breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided from the suppliers by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort (not sure what word this must be?) or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond our control and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services. More and More Africa Pty Ltd company and the people who working there, shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.
